Bevort 3

This is a new trio of the Danish jazz scene. Jazz, like music, is known to balance and draw inspiration from the 'new' and the 'old' at the same time and the Bevort 3 group is no exception. He plays with jazz standards and modern music giving his own arrangements and pieces or even arranging well-known pop songs with jazzy colors. In the foreground is the composer, saxophonist and singer Pernille Bévort who has seven personal albums to date. On bass is Peter Hansen and on drums is Janus Templeton, two musicians who stand out in the modern Danish jazz scene. The trio is currently recording tracks for their next CD...
