Arne Forchhammer΄s Trio (Denmark)

The Arne Forchhammer Trio consists of the musicians Arne Forchhammer (piano), Henrik Simonsen (double bass) and Mikkel Find (percussion). All three have for many years exerted a great influence on the Danish music scene, especially in jazz, and have played in many European countries. They have made many records, alone or together with other musicians. The trio mainly plays their own compositions, which are based on the tradition of modern jazz with a sonic nuance, which has characterized Scandinavian jazz for many years.
