Her creativity as a Greek musician and artist with a significant international presence is reflected in a series of albums released by the New Zealand label Rattle ("Forest Stories", "Transcendence", "Rewa", "In Fading Light") and an even more extensive series of live performances worldwide, gaining thus a prominent place in the contemporary music scene. As a pianist, composer, improviser, etc., Tania Giannouli is distinguished for her wide range of music that combines the principles of classical, jazz, etc., artistically projected in an international field, revealing each time new qualities of her creativity and identity. With her present trio, including Andreas Polyzogopoulos and KyriakosTapakis, Tania gives us aspects of unique lyrical beauty and emotion.
