30-year-old Jef Neve is a talented and versatile musician. He started learning piano from high school and constantly perfected his musical knowledge through studies and parallel contacts with great jazz musicians. With a master's degree in jazz, piano and chamber music – and a parallel teaching activity – he plays jazz, funk and blues music in clubs and composes a wide range of pieces (from solo piano to symphonic). His participation in jazz groups or classical formations, in pop bands or symphony orchestras, only underlines the magnitude of his talent. But beyond his piano skill, he himself composes the repertoire of his piano trio (with violin and cello), as well as arranging for big bands and writing pieces for his jazz trio. In 2003 he released his first album, "Blue Saga", which received very good reviews from the jazz press. Alongside his jazz activity, he has prepared a classical music program with Bach's "Goldberg Variations" and his own compositions.
