Lars Moller Group

The Lars Moller Group is one of the most popular and successful jazz ensembles in Denmark. Led by saxophonist Lars Moller, the band has performed throughout Europe and the US. and its members have recorded collaborations with international jazz artists. The record success Kaleidoscope, was awarded a Grammy in 2000, as the best jazz-cd in Denmark. As the press release after their appearance at the Blue Note in October 1999 states: "Moller proved that he can combine the tradition of American jazz with his new, refreshing adaptations, mixing sounds from Scandinavia and East India."
