Their music is influenced by classical music, rock, pop and more traditional jazz music while improvisation plays a leading role. This quartet has appeared in important jazz events such as the Madrid Jazz Festival and the Vitoria Jazz Festival. In 2011, their work The Yellow Spiral was released by the record label Errabal. Marta Sánchez after studying classical piano turned to the study of jazz and contemporary music with the pianist Mariano Diath of the Escuela Popular. He then took lessons with pianist Herman Kusic, saxophonist Bob Sands, and pianists Joan Monnet, Joan Dieth, and Albert Bover. He studied composition and orchestration with Miguel Angel Blanco and Guillermo Klein. During her periods of stay in New York, she took private lessons with conductors such as Fred Hers, Aaron Goldberg, Bruce Barth, Pete Malinverney, etc. She now leads her quartet consisting of Reinier Elizarde "El Negron" (double bass), Ariel Bringeth (saxophone) and Andres Litvin (drums). She has also composed music for short films ("She Can't Walk Anymore" by Luiso Berdejo, "The Puzzle" and "Bad Premonition" by Belen Mathias, etc.) and her work has been awarded with awards for best original music in short film festival of Alcalá de Henares, Palma de Mallorca and Curtfiction of Barcelona.
