Modified Dog

Modified Dog, an expansive audiovisual collective that changes its lineup based on the needs of each concert/performance/project, are the perfect representatives of the Jazz+ category. Melding diverse creative influences with jazz, their genre-bending sound is defined by atmospheric electronic effects, a post-rock attitude and a sparse, minimal mood. With visual arts and cinema complementing their sonic architecture, Modified Dog invite the audience to feel their way through a multi-layered musical experience. For their Athens Jazz live performance, the group will shift into a limber trio to present music from their latest album once you are in, you are never out (2021).
